"A GREAT spa with fun saunas and indoor waterpark for kids and adults to enjoy. Clean room and a convenient kiosk store inside the hotel for anything you may need. AVOID the (likely mediocre food and) HORRIBLE service at their O'Learys pub restaurant. No one was managing the place and the poor girls (likely summer interns) had no idea of how to serve people. "The hotel looks lovely and is set in beautiful grounds but our stay could really have been better. The restaurant was unavailable the both nights we stayed there as it was booked for a private function. In addition, our room was not cleaned during our stay and the toiletries provided were rudimentary. Tea and coffee were not replenished either. I felt for the price paid, the property was not value for money."
